Nordson Hotmelt
Hotmelt users to make their production run smoothly. We supply the highest quality heated hoses including TC style hoses for Nordson hotmelt and Meltex with PT100 or Ni120 RTD sensors or Fe/Co Thermo couple, along with the compatible plugs and sockets. Controlled watt-density heating element minimizes hot spot potential, reducing char. Hose components are precision fabricated and calibrated prior to assembly, eliminating the need for temperature control calibration at installation. Insulation does not melt or support combustion in the air, allowing hoses to retain flexibility and electrical mechanical properties beyond system operating temperatures. Aramid insulation significantly improves chemical and moisture resistance. New gun cuff design that improves the durability of the AD31 hoses in aggressive high-movement applications. Hose covering withstands abrasion caused by friction or dragging of the hose on workbenches or other surfaces in handgun applications. New rugged, wear-resistant braid covering exterior eliminates cumbersome corrugated wrap, retains flexibility and improves durability. Nordson DuraBraid hot melt handgun hoses operate safely with improved durability and performance that reduces costs and downtime.

Nordson Equipment
Under the leadership of Campbell--named president and CEO in 1997--Nordson grew during this time period through a series of strategic acquisitions. While Nordson had certainly improved operations during the late 1980s and into the early 1990s, it faced distinct economic challenges during the latter half of the decade that kept its sales goal out of reach. The Nordson equipment company also implemented a formal employee empowerment training program in an effort to maintain its innovative edge. Moreover, Nordson established the position of executive vice-president and chief operating officer, which was filled by Edward P. CEO Madar and Chairperson Nord prepared for this growth by setting up a "logical succession of leadership" and creating a new layer of management. Nordson's corporate tagline encouraged prospective clients to "Expect More." In 1994, company spokespersons indicated that they would expect more from themselves as well, predicting that earnings would more than double by the turn of the 21st century to over $1 billion. Burns, of First Boston Corporation in Chicago, ascribed most of Nordson's success during the period to "management's well-crafted strategy, long-term investments, and the ability to find new ways to apply new glues, adhesives and other advanced materials." External factors, including rising automobile and appliance sales, as well as a weak dollar, also contributed to Nordson's early 1990s earnings boom. Nordson recorded its 31st consecutive year of increases in the cash dividend, and noted that "more than 70% of employees are shareholders" in its 1994 annual report. By making such incremental leaps, Nordson augments its knowledge and technology while keeping financial risks in check. The precisely applied coatings protect hundreds of delicate circuits from moisture and dirt each minute. Similarly, with different technology, Nordson applies high-speed liquid-paint spraying techniques, generally used to spray adhesives on food cans, to computer circuit boards. For example, the company adapted an electrostatic powder painting technique, commonly used on household appliances and other metal parts, to the strategic application of a superabsorbent polymer powder to gender-specific disposable diapers. In interviews, Madar often used "leap frog" analogy to describe Nordson's development of new products, likening the application of existing Nordson equipment technologies to new but closely related markets to "a frog leaping from one lily pad to the next." New markets, or lily pads, in turn, would become the foundation from which to make another technological leap. An estimated 20 percent of annual sales came from three- to four-year-old products, and by the late 1980s Nordson employees held over 1,000 patents and patent applications worldwide. Adhesive Dispensing System suits assembly and packaging. Nordson Hot Melt as a modern company, we would like to provide you with an opportunity to stay in contact with us and our offer. Companies that deal in this business can find there some technological innovations. I suggest paying attention to hot melt packages and the gluing systems used there, both manual and automatic. Among other control modules used in various fields of adhesive industry as well as equipment and its configuration in gluing systems - hot melt equipment system. Youll find there plenty of interesting information from global adhesive-related industry. We heartily recommend visiting the website. One of the interesting foreign websites regarding industrial is in the USA. In my opinion this is the worlds leading manufacturer of gluing equipment. The Nordson Corporation has a direct representative in our country. Machines and older gluing systems are offered by a company from Western Europe: ITW Challenger. Although, it acts as a go-between in contacts with Dynatec, but it offers plenty of interesting equipment solutions manufactured by other companies.
